1/3 cup of Wholemeal Flour
A pinch of Baking Powder
A pinch of Salt
4 tablespoons of Wholegrain Oats
1 and 1/4 tablespoons of Maple Syrup
2/3 cup of Milk
1 tablespoon of Melted Butter (or Coconut Oil)
1 cup of Strawberries

Method

1. Add the dry ingredients and mix together.

2. Pour in the wet ingredients then stir until combined.

3. Transfer the pancake batter to a bowl to chill in the fridge for 10 minuets.

4.  Cut your strawberries and add them to your chilled batter.

5. Cook your pancakes on a medium/low heat, flip using a spatula when small bubbles hold their shape on the surface of each pancake and cook the other side until it is golden brown.

6. To make the sauce, add a handful of chopped strawberries into a microwave safe bowl with a tablespoon of sugar. Cook until the sugar boils and thickens into a sauce.
